AGS Helps Clients Streamline Resources, Reduce Waste and Increase Profits

Wilmington, DE, April, 2006 – On-demand, web-to-print and custom variable digital printing solutions are dramatically decreasing waste of space, resources and most importantly – paper and the environment.

Digital technology is revolutionizing the world of printing and marketing through laser-like customization and personalization. AGS works with The Speakman Company, manufacturers of plumbing, safety and shower products, by providing a web-to-print solution to manage marketing and collateral materials for their sales force and distributors. Speakman reps and distributors log onto their web site and order the exact quantity of sell sheets they need.

The web site is actually an interface that goes directly to AGS. AGS then automatically processes each request and customizes designated pieces with the distributor’s personal contact information. AGS ships the finished products to them within 1-2 business days.

By printing only EXACTLY the number of pieces required and outsourcing fulfillment to AGS, Speakman saves money and reduces waste of space, resources and paper – all while servicing their sales force and distributors more effectively.

AGS expects to double its digital printing volume over the next twelve months by offering customized print applications like variable digital printing and web-to-print solutions. With these new technologies, AGS offers their clients the opportunity to produce unique, one-of-a-kind offers to each and every individual customer in their databases. AGS is the only printer in the state that has invested in the XEROX iGen3® Digital Production Press and offers customers personalized digital printing, in addition to short-run, full-color, quick turnaround print pieces.
